Therapy is a place where I invite you to bring your full self.
Perhaps you feel like you have to "be" a certain way around others to be accepted. Maybe you feel exhausted and stuck. You might realize you aren't being true to yourself in relationships. What would it look like if you began to embody your full self openly?
I believe that we can start to find healing when we tune into our minds, bodies, and hearts and begin to shed the mask that many of us present to the world. When we finally begin to practice self-compassion and accept that we aren't perfect (which is true for all of us!), then we may really begin to feel free.
