I am a licensed psychotherapist based in north county San Diego. Before pursuing a master's degree in counseling psychology, I studied English and creative writing. I have experience serving a wide range of populations---children and teenagers, adult individuals, couples, and families---and I've had the privilege of working in various settings, such as an inpatient psychiatric unit and community counseling center. My style is relaxed yet direct and collaborative. I love being a therapist and feel grateful to work with the clients who come my way.

​I currently accept the following healthcare plans: Aetna and United. For those who have a different health insurance plan, we can discuss fees during our initial call. I can provide a superbill to submit to your insurance for potential out of network reimbursement.
